What is Naked’s standard return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Once receiving approval for an exchange, customers will receive a return label in order to send back their garment. To start an exchange or return, please contact us at customerservice@nakedbrandgroup.com.

Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed, nor will your used garment be returned to you.

Currently, shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US.

What do I do when I am missing a refund?

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time. If you have already checked with your bank and/or credit card company and still have not received your refund yet, please contact customerservice@nakedbrandgroup.com.

SHIPPING POLICIES & CHARGES

What is Naked’s shipping policy?

Naked provides free shipping on all orders $75 or more. All orders under $75 are subject to a fee depending on shipping location. All orders shipping within the United States start at a $5 rate.

Please be sure to include an apartment or unit number to associate with your address, if applicable. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Currently, shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US.

In order to expedite shipping, men’s and women’s orders may be shipped separately.

All orders normally ship within 24 hours, and you should receive your order within 5-7 business days, which does not include weekends and holidays.

Naked does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will be notified by email once your order has shipped, Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number and the appropriate carrier to verify it with.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at 1-212-851-8050 Monday through Friday 9AM–5PM EST. Sending an email to change an order will likely be too late!
